JD Vance: ‘INDICTMENTS’ Incoming!

Vice President J.D. Vance has signaled that a wave of indictments is imminent in what he calls the “Russiagate” saga, reigniting contentious debate over the origins of the 2016 election investigation. In a recent Fox News interview, Vance said he “absolutely want[s] to see indictments,” pointing to newly released documents and referrals that, in his view, reveal serious legal violations by Obama-era intelligence officials.

Vance emphasized that any indictments must be grounded firmly in evidence: “Of course, you’ve got to have the law follow the facts here. You don’t just indict people to indict people.” But he added that what Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard and former FBI official Kash Patel have uncovered appears to demonstrate “aggressive violations of the law.”

According to Vance, the recent disclosures suggest a deliberate manipulation of intelligence—transforming campaign messaging into “intelligence,” suppressing dissenting information, and presenting biased narratives as fact. “They defrauded the American people … laundering Hillary Clinton’s campaign talking points through the American intelligence services,” he said.

These allegations stem from the criminal referral by DNI Tulsi Gabbard, which prompted Attorney General Pam Bondi to convene a grand jury to explore whether former intelligence officials violated the law. Though Vance refrained from naming individuals, Gabbard’s referral hints at possible involvement by figures such as former CIA Director John Brennan and even former President Obama.

The White House has publicly endorsed the investigation, while supporters argue the probe is a necessary step toward accountability. Meanwhile, a spokesperson for former President Obama has dismissed the claims as politically motivated and without substance.
