FINALLY: Congressman Takes Bold Legislative Action Against JUDGES Who Free Criminals In Response to Horrific Train Stabbing

In response to the horrific murder of the young Ukrainian woman who was stabbed to death by a homeless career criminal on a train in North Carolina, Rep. Randy Fine is taking some long-overdue action.

Republican Rep. Fine just announced that he will be filing legislation that would hold judges who release repeat offenders accountable if they go on to commit more crimes.

Take a look:

MASSIVE NEWS: Congressman Randy Fine (R-FL) is filing legislation to TARGET any judge who releases violent criminals who go on to commit more crime – after the murder of Iryna Zarutska in Charlotte.

“Those 12+ judges that released Decarlos Brown Jr. should have their day in court too.”

“It’s easy to release criminals when you’re protected by an armed bailiff at all times. The rest of us aren’t so lucky.”

This should pass with FLYING COLORS. But we all know how Democrats will vote.

This is something that should have been done a long time ago.

If this legislation had been passed years or even months ago, then Iryna Zarutska may still be alive.

As you probably know by now, Decarlos Brown Jr., who stabbed the young Ukrainian refugee to death, was a homeless ex-convict who had been arrested 14 times.

Take a look at this:

Yet, despite his record, he was set free.

Per The New York Post:

Brown, who is homeless, has more than a dozen convictions dating back to 2014, court records seen by The Post show.

He served five years for a 2014 armed robbery and was released in September 2020, before being arrested just five months later for assaulting his sister at her home in Charlotte.

Despite his lengthy rap sheet, Brown was free on the streets when he allegedly carried out the murder.

The judges who let this monster out have blood on their hands.

Benny Johnson is right on this one:

How many more people have to die because weak judges keep unleashing violent criminals back onto our streets?

These judges are just as guilty as the thugs they protect. If you sign the release order, you own the blood on their hands.

Every judge who freed this garbage should be facing manslaughter charges. No excuses. No exceptions.

Every. Single. One.

What are your thoughts?

Should these judges be held responsible?
