Disturbing Details Emerging About The Judge Assigned To James Comey Case

Is there some funny business about the judge that was “randomly assigned” to James Comey?

These judges are supposed to be completely, randomly assigned and yet the strangest ones keep popping up.

Meet Judge Michael Nachmanoff.

I’m not saying this man has done anything wrong or that he is corrupt in any way, not at all.  In fact, I don’t even know him.  Never heard of him before today.

But…I am saying that it’s quite a coincidence that this judge once worked for James Comey!

What are the odds?

I don’t know about the specific rules governing these situations, but it would seem to me that the judge should recuse himself under those circumstances?

 James Comey’s “randomly assigned” Judge, Michael Nachmanoff…. Once Worked for Him!

Comey served as the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia from 2002 to 2003 (after serving as a Deputy Attorney General). Nachmanoff clerked for a judge in the Eastern District of Virginia from 1995 to 1996 and later worked as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the same district from 2002 to 2008—meaning he was working in the office while Comey led it.

The judge should immediately recuse himself.

Time to panic?

I think BioClandestine had a great take when he suggested that perhaps this is the perfect situation for optics…

If Comey is convicted under a Biden-appointed judge, it will be hard for the Democrats to cry foul:

I see a lot of people already panicking that a Biden-appointed judge is presiding over Comey’s indictments.

This could be a bad thing, or it could be the best scenario possible.

Now if Comey is convicted, the Left cannot claim it’s partisan, because a Biden-appointed judge is overseeing the case.

Obviously we will have to wait and see what happens, and the Biden-appointed judge could try to throw out the case claiming political motivation, but if the charges stick, the Dems/MSM will have a hard time blaming Trump for Comey’s conviction, when one of their own approved the process.

Just food for thought.

I don’t want to be naive, and time will tell, but that’s the best possible outcome.

Trump is telling a story.

Comey’s leaks are the genesis of treason. Comey’s leaks are what led to the corrupt MSM beginning the “Russian collusion” hoax, they led to the creation of the Mueller Special counsel, and they led to the brainwashing the global population to believe Trump was a Russian asset.

I think Trump and his team are starting the indictments with Comey, because his leaks are the beginning of the treasonous Russiagate timeline. His leaks to the media show the epicenter of the conspiracy with the media, the intelligence community, the Obama regime, the Clinton campaign, etc. They all worked together to generate this lie, leak it to the media, report on it as if it were true, all in an attempt to sabotage/overthrow Trump.

This is just the beginning for Comey and his cohorts, and I believe Trump and his team will roll out the indictments in a fashion that methodically explain what happened.

These indictments are designed to tell a story. This is just the beginning of the story, and it ends with TREASON!
