LOCK HIM UP: Lindsey Graham Commits Clear Logan Act Violation

Lindsey Graham — and yes, that walking corpse lookalike, Richard Blumenthal — just made a big trip overseas. Not to their districts. Not to Congress to do the work of the American people.

Nope.

They went to Ukraine to meet with Zelensky.

And no, this isn’t satire. It’s real. Unfortunately.

Now here’s the question no one in the mainstream is asking:
Is this a violation of the Logan Act?

Spoiler alert: it sure looks like one.

Let’s go to the source — 18 U.S. Code § 953, aka the Logan Act:

“Any citizen of the United States, wherever he may be, who, without authority of the United States, directly or indirectly commences or carries on any correspondence or intercourse with any foreign government or any officer or agent thereof, with intent to influence the measures or conduct of any foreign government…shall be fined or imprisoned up to three years, or both.”

That’s the law. Clear as day.

And guess what? It says “any citizen” — not “private citizens only,” not “non-elected officials,” any citizen.

So I asked Grok AI, just to get a neutral take. At first, it tried to dodge the issue by saying Graham is a Senator and therefore has some diplomatic leeway. But that’s not what the law says. So I pushed back.

And credit where it’s due — Grok eventually admitted I was right.

Let’s break it down:

  • Graham is a U.S. citizen
  • He traveled without official authority to act on behalf of the U.S. government ✅
  • He met with a foreign head of state
  • He did so to influence policy during an international conflict involving U.S. support and controversy ✅
  • He has no individual constitutional authority to conduct foreign policy ✅

That’s about as textbook a Logan Act violation as you can get.

And don’t let the excuse “But we don’t enforce the Logan Act” fool you. That’s irrelevant. We either have laws or we don’t. We can’t keep selectively enforcing them depending on who’s involved.

Imagine if a Republican governor met with a foreign leader and pushed policies directly contradicting the president’s position — we all know what would happen.

So the question becomes:
Will anyone do anything about this?

Pam Bondi, you just showed you’re not afraid to push back against corruption in the system.
Care to take this one next?

Because if this law means nothing, let’s just admit it now.

We either have one standard of justice for all — or we have a two-tiered system that only pretends to serve the people.

Your move, Pam.
