Police Discover 383 Dead Bodies Near U.S. Border In Mexico

This is absolutely horrifying.

Mexican authorities have uncovered a mass atrocity at a crematorium near the U.S. border—383 dead bodies were found piled up inside, left to rot in rooms for years.

This took place in Ciudad Juárez, just about 10 miles south of El Paso, Texas. Police have arrested the owners of the crematorium, and officials are calling it a clear case of negligence.

According to the prosecutor’s office, the bodies were not cremated as they should have been. Instead, they were carelessly embalmed and simply stacked one on top of another—“just thrown like that,” as one official described it. Some grieving families were even given fake remains—not the ashes of their loved ones.

The scope of this operation is shocking. The prosecutor said it comes down to sheer irresponsibility, with the business taking in far more bodies than they could ever process. It’s hard to even comprehend how something this disturbing was allowed to go on for so long.

And sadly, that’s not the only gruesome discovery in Mexico right now.

Around the same time, authorities found 20 dead bodies in Culiacán, a city overrun by cartel violence. Five of the victims were decapitated, with four bodies hanging from a bridge and their heads found nearby in a plastic bag. The remaining 16 bodies—all showing gunshot wounds—were stuffed into a van on the same highway. A cartel note was reportedly left behind, though officials haven’t released what it said.

Between the shocking crematorium scandal and the brutal cartel executions, it’s clear Mexico is facing a wave of chaos and violence. And it’s happening right on our doorstep.
