President Trump Goes After Democrats for Staggering Kamala Campaign Debt: “They Should All Be Prosecuted!”

**No one is above the law—**and now President Trump is calling for accountability.

In a post on Truth Social, Trump slammed Kamala Harris and top Democrats over what he described as “probably illegal” payments made during her failed presidential campaign. Specifically, he called out the millions of dollars allegedly spent on celebrity endorsements—including massive payouts to Beyoncé, Oprah, and even Al Sharpton.

Here’s what Trump posted:

“They admit to paying, probably illegally, $11 million to Beyoncé for an ENDORSEMENT (she didn’t sing a single note!), $3 million to Oprah, and $600,000 to Al Sharpton—who did absolutely nothing! These fees were incorrectly reported. YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO PAY FOR AN ENDORSEMENT. IT IS TOTALLY ILLEGAL. Kamala and everyone who accepted money for an endorsement BROKE THE LAW. They should be prosecuted.”

This comes after reports confirmed that Kamala’s campaign burned through a staggering $1.5 billion in just 15 weeks, only to walk away with a crushing loss and $20 million in campaign debt.

According to The New York Times, her campaign spent wildly on ad blitzes, social media influencers, drone shows, celebrity events, and even a glitzy Oprah-hosted town hall. Despite all the hype and big spending, she became the first Democrat in 20 years to lose the national popular vote—and lost every single battleground state to Trump.

Since then, her campaign has been begging donors for more money—desperate to recover from the financial wreckage.

Now, here’s the issue: Paying for endorsements isn’t automatically illegal, but failing to properly report those payments to the FEC is. There are also possible violations involving FTC rules, misreporting campaign finances, or even offering political favors in return for support.

If those payments weren’t disclosed properly—or were covered up—it could result in major legal consequences.

So the question now is: Should Kamala Harris and others be prosecuted for this?

Trump thinks so. And if the law was broken—he might be right.
