In response to Holly’s situation, Sheen anonymously donated $1,000 to a fundraising campaign launched on GiveSendGo by conservative influencer Benny Johnson. Along with his donation, Sheen included a message expressing solidarity: “My Ohio connections run deep, and what happened to you will NOT be tolerated by the ‘true’ Ohioans (like yourself), as justice will reign supreme. Heal well, young lady, and know that we are all rooting for you!” Johnson shared Sheen’s message, to which Sheen responded, “I was merely following your gracious lead!” The campaign has raised over $553,000 to assist Holly with medical, legal, and security expenses.

The brawl has led to the arrest of five individuals, with a sixth still at large. The authorities have charged the suspects with various offenses, including felonious assault and aggravated riot.
