BREAKING: House Oversight Commitee RELEASES Over 33,000 Epstein Files

The House Oversight Committee just released a massive tranche of documents related to Jeffrey Epstein that they obtained as part of a subpoena from the Department of Justice.
That includes over 33K pages of court documents, flight records, and transcripts.
It also includes the full video footage of Epstein’s cellblock the night of his death (now two hours longer and without the notorious “missing minute”), interviews with victims, and bodycam footage from the police’s search of Epstein’s Florida home.
Check it out:
BREAKING: The Oversight Committee has obtained and released all Epstein-related documents requested from the Trump DOJ — totaling 33,295 pages.
“Today, the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform released 33,295 pages of Epstein-related records that were provided by the U.S. Department of Justice. On August 5, Chairman Comer issued a subpoena for records related to Mr. Jeffrey Epstein, and the Department of Justice has indicated it will continue producing those records while ensuring the redaction of victim identities and any child sexual abuse material.”

For some strange reason, the documents were released as individual image files on Google Drive, which makes them cumbersome to access.
Mario Nawfal noted:
EPSTEIN FILES RELEASED IN DELIBERATELY DIFFICULT FORMAT: 33,295 INDIVIDUAL IMAGE FILES
Instead of releasing the Epstein documents as searchable PDFs, the House Oversight Committee uploaded every single page as an individual image file, making it nearly impossible to search or analyze efficiently.
The 33,295 pages are displayed as separate image files rather than consolidated, searchable documents. Democrats claim the vast majority of documents have already been released publicly and only 3% contain new information.
The committee has not explained why they chose this cumbersome format over standard PDF release.
Critics argue this isn’t transparency but deliberate obfuscation, forcing researchers and journalists to manually review over 33,000 individual images rather than using basic search functions.
The release format makes it exponentially harder to identify connections, search for specific names, or analyze patterns across the documents.
It’s especially bizarre that they made searching through these documents so difficult, seeing how much of this content isn’t actually new.
The majority of documents obtained by the Oversight Committee had already been made public during previous releases.
That said, there are some all-new flight logs, interviews, and transcripts mixed in.
Here are some of the key takeaways from the huge document dump:
- Massive disclosure of DOJ files
The House Oversight Committee released 33,295 pages of documents from the Department of Justice—composed of court records, police footage, interviews, flight logs, and more.- Minimal truly new content
Lawmakers estimate that only about 3% of the files are genuinely new. The new material mostly consists of Customs and Border Protection flight logs tracking Epstein’s plane from 2000 to 2014.- Expanded jail surveillance video
The release includes over 13 hours of unedited footage from Epstein’s cell block on the night of his death, filling in previously missing gaps from earlier DOJ releases.- Flight records noting “young women”
Passenger inspection logs cite instances where Epstein traveled with “several young women.” In one entry, he reportedly said he was “looking for a date” and believed the girl was of legal age; another noted travel with young women described as “of age.”- Audio and video interviews uncovered
The documents include previously unseen content such as audio of an Epstein employee describing numerous “very, very young” girls visiting his property, along with videos and transcripts of interviews with victims and with Ghislaine Maxwell.
Redacted and repetitive court files
Many legal documents—some dating back to the 2005 Palm Beach investigation—are heavily redacted and appear to have been previously available, such as probable cause affidavits and related filings.
To break it down even further, here’s a helpful summary of what’s actually new in the trove of documents just released by the Oversight Commitee:
What’s Actually New
- Flight logs from Customs & Border Protection (2000–2014)
Detail Epstein’s international travel, with some entries noting travel with “young women,” including a 2011 remark about looking for a “date.”- Uncut jail surveillance footage (Aug. 9–10, 2019)
More than 13 hours of continuous video from the night of Epstein’s death, filling in previously missing segments.- New audio/video interviews
Includes an employee describing “very, very young” girls visiting Epstein’s property, plus transcripts of additional victim and Ghislaine Maxwell interviews not widely seen before. What Was Already Known/Redundant
- Court filings from past cases
Many documents trace back to the 2005 Palm Beach investigation and 2017 court records, heavily redacted and already public.- Previously published police and legal records
Old probable cause affidavits, law enforcement reports, and court proceedings bundled into the release.- Duplicate records
Much of the material (estimated 97%) had already been accessible through prior releases or litigation.
If you want to take a look for yourself, all of the documents and videos can be accessed through the House Oversight Committee’s website right here.
