Kash Patel Uncovers DAMNING Email from Obama Deputy AG Ordering FBI to “SHUT DOWN” Clinton Corruption Probe!

Former Acting FBI Director Kash Patel has spotlighted a blockbuster revelation: an email authored by Barack Obama’s Deputy Attorney General, Sally Yates, explicitly instructing the FBI to “shut it down”—referring to the criminal investigation into the Clinton Foundation. The directive appears in a declassified timeline compiled by a DOJ lawyer under then-FBI Director James Comey. It indicates that Justice Department officials were actively blocking the probe from advancing.

The timeline, along with internal emails, shows that as early as February 2016, the Justice Department made clear that it would not support the investigation. FBI agents pushing a criminal case based on suspicious financial contributions to the Clinton Foundation were repeatedly thwarted. Notably, Deputy Director Andrew McCabe ordered that no investigative steps could proceed without his explicit approval.

Then, in a dramatic escalation, Sally Yates sent a directive—again, “shut it down”—leaving agents stunned and without explanation. U.S. Attorneys in New York and other districts reportedly declined to assist by August 2016, effectively stalling the investigation indefinitely.

Investigative journalist John Solomon, relying on documents obtained by Patel, highlighted that agents in New York, Washington, and Little Rock had all independently initiated inquiries. Despite having what appeared to be credible evidence—especially around foreign donations tied to political influence—they were stonewalled at every turn.

With Attorney General Pam Bondi now greenlighting a grand jury and a strike force to look into potential law enforcement and intelligence corruption, this smoking-gun email adds a combustible element to ongoing scrutiny of entrenched power dynamics. Solomon confirmed that some prosecutors are now willing to cooperate with Bondi and Patel on investigating the obstruction of the Clinton probes.
