Pam Bondi Takes MAJOR Action Against Leftist Control Of Judicial Branch

Finally — someone is doing something about the broken judicial nomination process.

Attorney General Pam Bondi is taking a bold stand and going straight to the source of the problem: the influence of the American Bar Association (ABA).

For years, the ABA — a known left-leaning organization — has had outsized sway over which judicial nominees get taken seriously, often labeling conservative picks as “unqualified” and effectively blackballing them before the process even begins.

But that stops now.

Bondi just revoked the ABA’s privileged access to judicial nominees.

This is a big deal. The ABA will no longer get special treatment or behind-the-scenes access. From this point forward, they’ll be treated like any other activist group — no more exclusive waivers, no private bar record reviews, no nominee interviews, and no questionnaires.

Bondi explained her decision in a letter to the ABA’s president, writing:

“Unfortunately, the ABA no longer functions as a fair arbiter of nominees’ qualifications, and its ratings invariably and demonstrably favor nominees put forth by Democratic administrations…

There is no justification for treating the ABA differently from other activist organizations.”

That’s a huge step toward restoring fairness and transparency in the judicial selection process — and putting an end to the quiet gatekeeping that’s shaped our courts for decades.

From now on, the ABA won’t be a kingmaker behind the curtain. Their word won’t be the final say. And they won’t get to quietly torpedo nominees they don’t like — like we’ve seen happen time and time again.

AG Pam Bondi just ended the ABA’s chokehold on our judicial system.

A long-overdue move — and a serious win for those of us who believe in restoring balance and integrity to the courts.

What’s your take on this?
